Group Travel & Heavy Luggage: How to Describe Your Needs
What to share when travelling with a group, large bags or children.
Details to organise
- Passengers: The total number travelling, including children.
- Luggage: The number of oversized items and whether they include a stroller, wheelchair or golf bag.
- Child seats: Mention any child safety-seat requirement in advance.
- Multiple stops: If you need to stop at A before B, state the order clearly.
Why organise this first
More complete information makes it easier to confirm a feasible plan in one conversation and reduces back-and-forth communication.
