1. What we collect
Stage one: name, phone or WeChat (choose one), service type, date, approximate time, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off areas; optional luggage count, flight number and notes.
We do not collect ID numbers, ID or passport photos, bank cards, unnecessary precise home addresses, or family-member information.
2. Why and how we use it
To contact you, confirm the request and prepare a feasible plan. Flight numbers and exact locations are only collected in stage two when genuinely necessary.
3. Retention and storage
Request data submitted through the website is stored in compliant storage in mainland China and processed under the data-minimisation principle. Unconverted leads are cleaned up periodically after the business ends; converted records are kept as required by tax, contract and consumer-dispute laws.
4. Access and third parties
Only people needed for the service can access it. If a third-party carrier is involved, your separate consent is required (never pre-checked), with the recipient, purpose and data types clearly stated.
5. Withdraw consent, access, correct, delete
You may withdraw consent, access, correct or delete your personal information at any time through the website contact channels; we will process it within a reasonable period.
6. Security
We apply internal policies, classification management, encryption or de-identification, access control and incident-response mechanisms as required by China's Personal Information Protection Law.
